  • How long does a semi private session last?
    Each 1 hour long session is carefully crafted by our expert personal trainers to guide you through a training session, specific to you.
  • How early should I arrive?
    Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first scheduled session with us. During that time we will perform a movement assessment, set you up with a heart rate monitor, and take you through a short orientation so that you meet with success on your very first visit.
  • What should I bring to the workout?
    Arrive to the Metrics Fitness Lab studio in comfortable clothes that allow you to move with ease. Members are most comfortable in sneakers. Our friendly staff will happily serve you complimentary bottled water and workout towels for your convenience. Bring your positive attitude and we will cater to the rest.
  • What can I expect for my first session?
    We are eager to support your fitness journey. Our staff will use all of our resources to make sure you feel taken care of and accomplished in your training session. For specifics please refer to the What to Expect video. We look forward to meeting you!
